TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN BOOKING WITH

ONE OF SIX

1. Booking & Payment

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course.

 

All bookings are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that One of Six must cancel a session. If One of Six cancels a session there will be an option to reschedule or receive a refund. 

 

As a small, independent business and due to the limited number of spaces available, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, late arrival or changes to your availability. 

 

We know that at times there will be exceptional circumstances that mean you cannot attend - please contact Carly on carly@oneofsix.co.uk to talk about a missed session. 

2. Health, Safety & Supervision

The parent/guardian will be fully responsible for the health, safety and supervision of their child at all times during a session. 

 

To protect the others attending the session, please do not attend if you or your child has had a fever, vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours. 

 

It is your responsibility to provide details of all relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to attending a course. 

 

One of Six will ensure that all toys and equipment are checked and cleaned before each session.

 

Any damaged items will be immediately removed or replaced

 

Every effort will be made to keep you and your child safe on entry to and during the time spent in the studio. Attendance at a session is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property or for injuries sustained where no negligence on our part is proven.

3. Data Protection, Online Security & Privacy

When booking a course, we ask you to provide personal information (such as names and contact details) to help us run your course safely and effectively.

 

All data is handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and stored securely.

 

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

 

We use your contact details to send important information about your course and may occasionally share updates about future classes and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

 

Any payment details are processed securely by trusted providers. We never store your card information.

4. Photography during sessions

We sometimes take photos and short video clips during class for use on our website and social media channels. These are always taken with sensitivity and care, and are never used for anything beyond One of Six marketing.

 

If you’d prefer not to be included, or would like your baby to be excluded, just let Carly know when you start the course. Your privacy is very important to us and will always be protected.
